The message the Mike Watkins received is likely a general one for a group of stakeholders. (Curiously, I did not receive such a message.) Some installations (like K4RY) may be totally OK, but others may have some work to do. John K's notes from 2010 can be
presented at the meeting to confirm whether K4RY is "in the clear." The message probably should have been written, "It will be the owners' responsibility to move their antennas -- IF NECESSARY." Let's hope K4RY falls out side of that group.
