Alpha Phi Omega, Delta Chapter hosts an annual Merit Badge University on Auburn’s campus. At Merit Badge University, scouts from all across the southeast travel to Auburn to take merit badge classes in a college-level environment for advancement towards the Eagle Scout Rank.

Delta Chapter’s Merit Badge University has been successful since its inception in the mid-1980s; much of its great success comes from our excellent teachers. Our top-tier teachers are professionals of the fields they study and work in.

For that reason, I would like to re-invite you to teach the Radio merit badge at the 2015 Merit Badge University at Auburn University. Thank you so much for all the Amateur Radio Club did to help make last year’s MBU so successful! The event is an all day event on March 7, 2015; for your service we are happy to provide lunch for you and give you an event t-shirt and patch! It is possible that a small amount of planning will be necessary to create a curriculum for the merit badge requirements, which can be found here​<http://www.meritbadge.org/wiki/index.php/Radio>.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested in being an instructor at the 2015 Merit Badge University. There is a registration form that we ask you to fill out so you can be an official Merit Badge Counselor with the Boy Scouts of America. Again, without our wonderful volunteers like you this event would be impossible. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact any of the contacts below.
