Hi Don,
If you have Ham Radio Deluxe, it's possible to input the Keplerian elements. Here they are:
AubieSat-1
1 99994U 00000 11301.47661542 0.00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 0004
2 99994 101.6484 233.3593 0253027 295.2632 199.6027 14.79026571000008
These won't be entirely accurate until NORAD tracks the satellites with radar, but it should be fairly close.
Judging from your QTH, I'd say the times are going to be similar to Auburn, probably within 10 to 15 minutes. I'm not exactly sure which way the satellite is moving, so this information may not be of much help.
Just for clarification, this satellite uses interrupted continuous wave, so the only thing you may hear on an FM HT is a little quieting when the transmitter is keyed. The ground station at Allison Labs uses an Icom 910h with Ham Radio Deluxe, a Yaesu G-5500 rotor, and a circularly polarized Yagi.
Good luck! Please let me know if you hear anything! You will probably hear something like "HI HI DE KI4NQO AUBIESAT 1 VB 3R76 SK", where 3R76 is the battery voltage, in this case, 3.76V.
