Dear Instructors,

By now, you should have finished grading all in-class assignments; if not, please do it ASAP!
Please transfer ALL exam grades from MyITLab to canvas INCLUDING makeup exams and final exams.
Make sure that the final exam grades are in "raw score" which shows you the grades out of 300 (not percentage).
Send a class email to your students telling them to check that their grades are correct and complete, that you will be posting the final grades to the banner over the weekend. This will give them some time to get back to you if there are any anomalies.

For students that missed assignments and exams, you must award 0 points. Please do not leave them blank.

While posting the final grades to AU Access banner, please make sure that you round .5 and above to the nearest integer for the final grades (do NOT change the grades on canvas). For example, a final grade of 89.5% will be rounded to 90% which is A. Make sure that you look out for the 60% (i.e. 59.5%) rule before awarding the final grades on AU access and be very careful when transferring the grades to prevent mistakes. The grade scale has not changed but we will be using the below scale considering the roundup:
A : 89.5% - 100% {which is 90% - 100%
B : 79.5% - 89.4% {which is 80% - 89%
C : 69.5% - 79.4% {which is 70% - 79%
D : 59.5% - 69.4% {which is 60% - 69%
F : 0% - 59.4% {which is 0% - 59%

Please tell me if you have any questions and Merry Christmas to Y'all!

P.S. The deadline to post the grades to AU banner is Monday, December 17th by 9:30 PM.

Kind regards,
